Mr. Clemens has 12 years of field and management experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with 3 of these as a Manager of Recruiting & Field Services. 6 years’ Inspection experience with various Oil & Gas Companies covering all aspects of Pipeline Construction. 3 years’ experience on the Contractor side as Foreman/Straw Boss. 2 additional years of Inspection over Fiber-Optic Network Construction. He has worked for multiple pipeline companies with positions held including: Pipeline Foreman, Utility Inspector, As-Built Inspector, Welding Inspector, ROW Inspector, and Field Service Staffing Manager.
